Pengenalan emosi berbasis suara merupakan bidang penting dalam pengolahan sinyal suara dan kecerdasan buatan yang bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kondisi emosional seseorang berdasarkan karakteristik akustik. Penelitian ini mengembangkan model klasifikasi emosi menggunakan Support Vector Machine (SVM) dengan kombinasi fitur Mel-Frequency Cepstral Coefficients (MFCC), pitch, dan energy untuk merepresentasikan karakteristik spektral, frekuensi dasar, dan intensitas suara. Dataset yang digunakan adalah RAVDESS yang terdiri atas 1.440 data audio dengan delapan kelas emosi. Setelah proses data cleaning, sebanyak 1.245 data digunakan dalam penelitian. Tahapan meliputi preprocessing audio, ekstraksi dan normalisasi fitur, pembagian data latih dan uji, pelatihan model, hyperparameter tuning menggunakan GridSearchCV, serta evaluasi performa. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa SVM dengan kernel Radial Basis Function (RBF) mencapai akurasi terbaik sebesar 82%, dengan nilai macro-average precision, recall, dan F1-score masing-masing sebesar 0,82. Performa model meningkat dari 40% pada model awal menjadi 60% setelah data cleaning, 77% setelah ekstraksi dan normalisasi fitur, serta 82% setelah hyperparameter tuning. Kombinasi MFCC, pitch, dan energy memberikan performa terbaik dibandingkan dengan penggunaan fitur tunggal maupun kombinasi parsial.
