Analysis of PLN Mobile User Acceptance Using Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) 3

Studi ini mengkaji penerimaan PLN Mobile oleh pengguna di Manokwari, Papua Barat, dengan menggunakan kerangka Technology Acceptance Model 3 (TAM 3). Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kuantitatif melalui survei terhadap 303 responden yang pernah menggunakan PLN Mobile untuk mengakses layanan kelistrikan. Data dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Dari 12 hubungan yang diuji, 10 hipotesis memperoleh dukungan empiris, sedangkan 2 hipotesis tidak didukung. Computer Playfulness, Perceived Enjoyment, Perception of External Control, dan Experience terbukti meningkatkan Perceived Ease of Use. Job Relevance dan Perceived Ease of Use berkontribusi terhadap Perceived Usefulness. Sementara itu, Subjective Norm, Perceived Ease of Use, dan Perceived Usefulness mendorong Behavioral Intention. Jalur paling kuat terdapat pada pengaruh Behavioral Intention terhadap Use Behavior dengan koefisien 0,875. Objective Usability tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Perceived Ease of Use, dan Image tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Perceived Usefulness. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa penerimaan PLN Mobile di Manokwari terutama dipengaruhi oleh nilai guna, kemudahan, pengalaman, dukungan sumber daya, pengaruh sosial, serta niat untuk menggunakan aplikasi secara berkelanjutan.
