JOURNAL DESCRIPTION

MALCOM: Indonesian Journal of Machine Learning and Computer Science is a scientific journal published by the Institut Riset dan Publikasi Indonesia (IRPI) in collaboration with several Universities throughout Riau and Indonesia.

MALCOM will be published 4 (four) times a year, January, April, July, and October, for Vol 3 No 2 2023 containing more than 20 articles (Info). Articles may be written in Indonesian or English. Articles are original research results with a maximum plagiarism of 15%. Articles submitted to MALCOM will be reviewed by at least 2 (two) reviewers. The submitted article must meet the assessment criteria and in accordance with the instructions and templates provided by MALCOM. The author should upload the Statement of Intellectual/ Copyright Rights when submitting the manuscript. Papers must be submitted via the Open Journal System (OJS) in .doc or .docx format. The entire process, from MALCOM submission to publication, will be free of charge. MALCOM is registered in the National Library with the International Standard Serial Number (ISSN) Printed: 2797-2313 and Online 2775-8575. MALCOM uses Turnitin plagiarism checks, Mendeley for reference management, and Crossref (DOI) for identifying scientific papers.

Based on the decision of the Director General of Research and Development, Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Technology Number: 29/C/C3/KPT/2026 (2025-2030), it is hereby declared that MALCOM: The Indonesian Journal of Machine Learning and Computer Science has been upgraded from Sinta 4 to Sinta 3, effective from Volume 5, Issue 2, 2025, through to Volume 10, Issue 1, 2030.
